Which networks can Lumen publish to?
Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky and WordPress publish today. TikTok is supported as a connection target, but publishing needs TikTok app approval and video upload — we mark it clearly rather than pretending it's one click.
Do I need my own AI API keys?
No. Workspaces can use the default provider, or bring their own key for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, MiniMax, Xiaomi MiMo or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Image generation is available on OpenAI, MiniMax and Gemini.
How does AI Autopilot actually work?
You fill in a business profile once. Lumen creates a content strategy, then each day drafts a post and image for the right platform, scheduled at an optimal time. Weekly, it turns your real engagement into learning notes that influence future drafts. You can pause it, edit a post, or take over manually at any time.
Can posts be reviewed before they go live?
Yes. The two-step approval workflow sends a post from creator to reviewer to final approver, with email notifications, magic-login links for external reviewers, and a complete audit log per post. It's included on the Agency Autopilot plan. On every plan you can also review and publish posts manually.
Is the analytics data real?
Yes — Lumen pulls from the Facebook Graph API and Instagram, not from sample data. A sync brings in your last 50 posts per platform with reactions, comments, shares, likes and follower counts. From there it computes a health score and writes four prioritised AI suggestions.
What exactly is in the free trial?
A new workspace starts with 200K AI tokens, 50 images and one seat, and no credit card is required. You can try AI Autopilot, the calendar, analytics and all publishing integrations. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial; when it ends, pick a plan or stop — nothing is charged automatically.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly in AED per workspace. The two add-ons are billed in USD at $39 and $59 per month, and are included with Agency Autopilot.
